Revolution Smores palette: closeup & swatches

As I said in my previous post, I am sharing one of the Revolution chocolate palettes every week. I don’t own all of them, but I have been hoarding them and I feel like I want to share them with you. In this post you’ll find swatches and a closeup of the Smores palette. This was part of the chocolate vault that I got for Christmas but I think it is still available online in some stores. I am so happy I got this palette because I feel like it is absolutely stunning! The shades are beautiful and totally wearable for everyone on an everyday basis. I do like bright colours from time to time, but I think this palette will be loved by everyone.

Note: My skin is very pale, I mostly use the lightest shades of foundations, concealers, … on my face. Sharing this might make it easier for you to estimate how shades would look on your skin, since some of them are pale but still show up on my skin tone.

These pictures are not edited and are taken in natural lighting.

The Smores palette

The packaging looks similar to the nudes from the outside, but they are slightly different in colour. This one is more white, whereas the nudes one is more of a creamy colour.

A closeup of the shades.
First row of the shades:
Marshmallow – Toast – Roasted – Cracker – Broken biscuit – Dainty
Second row:
Dessert – Gooey – Campfire – Golden – More s’mores – Over the fire
Third row:
Satisfy – Dripping in chocolate – Melted – Yummy – Sweet tooth – Appetizing
The Smores palette

Personally I fell in love with this palette the first time I saw it and I think Revolution should definitely start selling this as a separate palette so I can repurchase it when I’ve hit pan! I know for sure that I will get a lot of use out of this palette.

What are your thoughts on this palette? Which one is your favourite chocolate palette from Revolution?

Love, Axelle

Take a look at the other I heart Revolution palettes that I wrote about. See you there!
